 STOP: 0x00000069

Error reason

Windows XP or 2003 setup program misconfiguration - setup program can't load data correctly about USB drive to assign a letter for into the registry from migrate.inf file.

How to fix the error

Recreate your bootable USB in WinToFlash [The Bootable USB Creator] with option Assign drive letter for setup turned off on the Process steps tab

Delete or rename following file on the bootable USB:
