You receive an error message like this when installing Windows 10 form a multiboot bootable USB created with Novicorp WinToFlash:

 Windows Setup
 This installation was cancelled
 
 Any changed made to your computer won't be saved.
 
 Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070651

More symptoms

Press Shift+F10 and try to reach your mounted virtual DVD for current installation

You see an error 

 The device has been removed.

In command line, type Notepad, select File - Open, navigate to This computer. Windows 10 installation error 0x80070651virtual dvd unmounted.jpg

You can see the virtual DVD drive, but it's empty.

Error reason

This error caused by USB drive reading errors and/or drivers incompatibilities with USB hub and/or drive.

How to fix the error

Use another USB drive with different size and/or from another manufacture/brand.
